This minimalistic tea cup has a conical form inspired by the bindweed flower, designed to enhance both the flavour and colour of the tea. The dark clay body is coated with white slip and finished with a simple glaze made from locally sourced feldspar and limestone. Over time, the glaze’s craquelure absorbs tea, gradually developing depth and a unique patina. Its size makes it ideal for gongfu tea brewing.
