This wheel-thrown tea bowl (chawan) is inspired by the serene beauty of Japanese and Korean tea traditions and the organic spirit of wabi-sabi. It was fired in a wood kiln for 24 hours to Cone 8 (~1250°C). It is dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended.
