1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Delivery time includes order preparation and shipping. Deliveries are not prepared on weekends and Polish public holidays, and not delivered on weekends and other holidays.
Ordered goods will be sent by courier service or Polish Post, depending on the destination country and customs fees. We will send you an email which will include your tracking number, the courier used and a link to allow you track your order online at all times. If there are any problems, contact us.
2. ARE COLOURS THE SAME AS THE PREVIEW ON-SCREEN?
The colours shown on our shots on page are as close as possible to the real colours but they may vary a bit, depending on your screen.
3. HOW DO I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THE PRODUCT?
It is really important for us to give the clear overview of the product. This is why we give you an information about an item's dimensions, glaze and other details on its page. If you do have any other questions relating to some of our products please contact us. We will be happy to advise you.
4. IS THERE ANY DISCOUNT ON LARGER ORDERS?
Yes! Please get in touch with us and we will arrange a special price for you.
5. CAN I CHANGE AN EXISTING ORDER?
We start to prepare your order as soon as you place it. If you change your mind after placing your order, there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible, we will try to help you.
6. WHEN IS THE NEXT RESTOCK?
There is no set schedule, instead we wil post any announcements of when they will be via our instagram page. They often come In waves and stock does go quickly, if you'd like the best chance of obtaining something we strongly suggest signing up to our newsletter.
7. CAN I PREORDER?
Not at the moment.
8. DO YOU MAKE COMMISSIONS?
Please get in touch and ask. We don't make anything out of our normal range, i.e, no names on pots or colour requests, but if it's something that could be made within our style, or sounds like an interesting project, then we would happily consider it.
9. IS YOUR WORK SOLD IN OTHER COUNTRIES? CAN I GET IT PLACES OTHER THEN YOUR ONLINE SHOP?
Our products is only sold through our own website at the moment.
