According to the consumer's law, Client has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale without giving a reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The condition for accepting the return is sending a message to the address hello@huba.studio with information about the return and sending our product back within the next 14 days from the day on which the return notification was sent to the address indicated.

Returned goods cannot bear traces of use. It should be packed and protected in the same way as it was sent, to avoid damage during transport. 

The customer is financially liable for the decrease in the value of the goods as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond the scope to examining the purchased goods, resulting in a damaged product or a product in a condition that would prevent its re-sale.

The customer is financially liable for providing an incorrect address. The cost of re-shipping to the correct address is on the buyer's side.

The money will be returned immediately after receiving the undamaged goods, no later than within 14 days from the moment of picking up the parcel. The transfer will be sent to the bank account indicated by the Customer or via PayPal.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller also returns the shipping costs incurred by the customer when purchasing the goods. The cost of returning the item and duty fees remains on the side of the Customer.
